Full Paper submission for review
A plagiarism checker will be used in the review process. All the submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, names of authors, affiliations and acknowledgements should not be included in the paper submitted in the initial submission for review. However, ALL names of authors and their details must be entered in the online submission system during the initial submission.
In case, there is problem with inclusion of authors in the conference management system, corresponding author should inform this to Chair, Technical Program Committee, prior to the deadline of submission. If a paper is accepted, authors are not allowed to include additional authors during the camera-ready paper submission. The decision of the paper will be notified as per the “Important Dates” mentioned in the conference web site at www.iciis.net. If a paper is accepted, the camera-ready paper in the required format must be received by the CMT together with the Copyright Transfer Forms by the deadline mentioned in the “Important Dates” AND at least one author is required to register for the conference AND present the paper.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work in full papers with not more than 6 pages (A4 size) including all figures and references. All fonts should be embedded. Papers should be submitted only in .pdf format in A4 paper. Paper templates are available in both MS Word and Latex formats at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Please use your existing CMT account if you have one or register yourself in it and get an account prior to initial submission. Please upload paper using Microsoft CMT. Best Paper Award
- TPC selects 3 papers from each track based on the reviewer’s comments and
the overall marks given by them. - Those papers will be evaluated by a judging panel while presenting for the best

The Microsoft CMT service will be used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service is provided by Microsoft for free and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
